PetiteKnit – Technicolor Tote Bag

The Technicolor Tote Bag is knitted in the round from the bottom up in stockinette stitch. The bag is knitted with three threads and the sliding color transitions are achieved by continuously shifting between different colors of yarn. The color changes are described in detail in the pattern. Knit the bag in your favorite colors and follow the description of the color transitions slavishly, or use them as a guide and inspiration to make your own interpretation of the bag.

Knitting strength: 15 stitches x 27 rounds in plain knitting with three strands of yarn on needles 8 mm = 10 x 10 cm

Knitting suggestions: Circular needle 8 mm (60 and 80 or 100 cm)

Materials: Total approx. 400 g Double Sunday from Sandnes Garn (50 g = 108 m) here distributed among the colors A: 150-200 g Electric Blue (6046), B: 100 g Coffee Bean (4081), C: 100 g Almond (2511), D : 100 g Camel (2542) and E: 50 g That Orange Feeling (3819)
