What are the store's opening hours?

Our regular opening hours are:

Weekdays 10 am-6 pm
Saturdays 10-14:30
Sunday and Red Day: Closed

Where is the store located?

Our store is located in Torslanda, Gothenburg. The address is Gamla Flygplatsvägen 24. Welcome!

Are all items available in the store?

The store and the web share stock, but the store often has more than what is available online. If you are missing something online, you are always welcome to come in, or call first if you have a long way to go.

Can the dog come with you into the store?

Yes, we welcome leashed dogs.

Orders

Can I change my order?

We completely understand, we change our minds sometimes too! However, we are unable to change or cancel orders once they have been placed as we try to ship your package as quickly as possible.

Of course, you have the right to return your order within 30 days if you wish.

What is pre-order?

Some of the items on the website are pre-orders. This will be made clear when you place your order. Your entire order will be shipped at the same time.

Do I always get the same color bath?

We always send the same dye bath, unless you have asked us to send different dye baths. If we do not have the same dye bath on the shelf, we will contact you with a new estimated delivery time.

Why aren't you selling?

We fully understand that our yarns are often expensive and a discount would be nice.

We have instead chosen to have a high staff density to be able to give you the best service and a large venue with a wide selection, every day.

Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the entire EU.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

Standard shipping with Postnord takes 1-3 business days and we work to ship your package as quickly as possible, usually we ship the same or next business day (except for pre-orders). We ship in chronological order, so if there are many orders, we will get to your order as soon as we can.

If there is anything missing from your order, we will contact you with a new expected delivery time.

Returns and refunds

How do I return an order?

Sometimes things don't go as planned, which is why you have a 30-day return policy on unused items purchased from us, regardless of whether you shopped in store or online. You also have the right to exchange items with us for 6 months on items that have not been discontinued. Specially ordered items and gift cards are exempt from the right to return, and on sale items you have the right to buy but not the right to exchange. Remember to always return items with the original packaging.

You can report a return on our website. Log in and find your order that you want to return, here you register your return. You will then receive an email with instructions and a link to our return portal where you book a return shipping for 49 kronor. Please note that we are not able to visit agents and therefore only accept packages that are delivered directly to the store. Of course, you are also welcome to come into our store to return goods.

How long will it take before I get my money back?

We will process your return within a week and you will receive a confirmation of your return and your refund will be initiated. It will then take a few days for it to appear on your bank statement.
