The hat is knitted from the bottom up in rib in Alpakka Wool and Alpakka Thread .
It is cast on with Italian cast on for an elastic edge. The hat is then worked in rib with 2 folded edges. The piece is turned inside out and worked in rib with decreases at the top.
Italian binding and ribbing make the hat elastic and fit nicely on the head.
Suitable for head circumference 56-60 cm.
STRETCH GAUGE: 28 sts when the work is stretched a little and 27 rows rib with 1 thread of each quality on needles size 3½ = 10 x 10 cm
- Recommended needles: Knitting needles size 3½
