Valerie Blouse stickas uppifrån och ner i ett stycke. Blusen stickas fram och tillbaka som en cardigan med sned öppning framtill, vilken till sist stängs med knappar. Oket är konstruerat så att det först stickas ärmökningar och därefter raglanökningar. Det stickas förkortade varv för att forma urringningen. Ärmarna stickas runt på strumpstickor eller med Magic Loop-teknik.
