This is a printed pattern in Swedish.
The Novice Slipover Junior is knitted top down in stockinette stitch. First the back piece is knitted, and then stitches are picked up in the cast-on edge of the back piece to form shoulders, which are later joined at the front to knit the front piece. The back and front piece are then joined under the armhole to form the body, which is knitted in the round on circular needles. Finally, rib edges are knitted along the neckline and armholes. There are instructional videos for all steps in the pattern.

Size guide
Novice Slipover Junior should have a positive ease of approx. 10 cm in relation to the bust measurement. Sizes 1-2 (2-3) 3-4 (4-5) 5-6 (6-7) 7-8 (8-9) 9-10 (10-12) 12-14 years correspond to a bust measurement of approx. 53 (54) 56 (57) 59 (62) 64 (68) 72 (77) 82 cm. The measurements of the finished slipover are given on the front of the pattern (note that these measurements only apply if the knitting tension is maintained). For example, if the child measures 62 cm around the chest, you should knit a size 6-7 years. A slipover in size 6-7 years has an upper width of 72 cm and will in the example given give a positive ease of 10 cm. If the measured bust size deviates from the age guide, you should pay attention to adapting the length to the person you are knitting for. The same applies if the child is shorter/taller than average.
