PetiteKnit – Baggy beanie
This is a printed pattern in Swedish. The pattern is only sent if you buy at least 2 balls of yarn at the same time. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not comply with this.
Baggy cap is a simple cap with a slightly baggy fit at the back of the head and with a rolled brim at the bottom. The hat is knitted in the round on a circular needle from the bottom up and finished at the top with decreases knitted with double pointed needles. The hat stretches during use (if the suggested or similar yarn is used) to a knitting strength of the equivalent of 17-18 m per 10 cm - this is calculated for that in the pattern in relation to the fit. You can vary the length of the hat to get the style you want.
The top with decreases measures 5-6 cm.
Measure your head circumference to find the right size for you. As a starting point, the smaller size is calculated for children, while the larger sizes fit adults.
Knit a test patch to make sure you achieve the correct knit strength before you start.
