Payment

With us, you can pay with both Swish and card. Instructions are available when you complete your order and our Swish number is 123 127 5270.

Right of withdrawal and return

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, you have 30 days of open purchase on goods purchased from us, regardless of whether you have shopped in store or in the online store. Patterns, specially ordered goods and gift cards are exempt from the right of return.

After the 30-day right of return, you have the right to exchange goods that have not been discontinued. Technically speaking, there is no further time limit here, but again the product must still be in our range. Patterns, specially ordered goods and gift cards are exempt from the right of return.

If you want to return goods to Lilla garnbutiken, the easiest way is with ours own return slip via Postnord. You will receive a file with the return slip in pdf format that you print and stick on your package. The package is then left at the nearest agent. If you order new goods, you can always ask us to send you a printed return slip.

In addition to buying a return slip, you also need to contact us so that we can handle your return. You can do that in two ways:

1. Email us. Find your order confirmation that contains the goods you want to return, reply to the email with what you want to return.

2. Attach a letter in your package with the order number, what you want to return and quantity.

Once we have received your goods, we will refund the amount you have paid for the goods. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have used the goods, we will make an assessment of the value of the goods and refund you this.

We will not refund any shipping and return costs to you. The refund will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after we have received the goods back.

If you do not collect your package

If your package ends up with an agent and you do not collect the package, we will consider this as a return. We will charge a cost of SEK 250 in return fee and handling fee, we will deduct this from what we refund you as long as your order exceeds this amount. If it does not, you will receive an invoice for this amount.

Change

We accept exchanges for 30 days, but if we still have the same quality and color in the range, you are welcome to exchange your unused skein for up to one year.

In practical terms, a change can sometimes mean that you have to place a new order, but contact us first and we will see what is best in your case.​

If you think an item you have bought from us is incorrect but we do not agree with you, we have a dispute. To have this dispute tried, you can contact the General Complaints Board, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We participate in dispute resolution and follow ARN's recommendations.

Complaint

If you were to receive a product that later turns out to be faulty, it is important that you contact us at Lilla garnbutiken as soon as possible, where you describe the fault with the product so that we can replace you.
