Finally – a children's collection in Fivel! Since this is the first time we have created our own collection for children in this yarn quality, we have focused on user-friendly and simple basic garments that cover various needs. We have therefore included a jacket, trousers and hat, as well as three different sweaters. One has raglan construction, the other has "European shoulders" (oblique shoulders at the back) and the last has a playful and simple pattern. We have stuck to simple techniques such as stockinette stitch, rib knit and patterned knit, and played with different constructions within this. We have thought that the garments should fit well together, but that they also look good individually. The Kikki hat, for example, goes well with the Kikki jumper, the hat is knitted with 2x2 ribbing, as are the purl bands on the jumper. Knit Saltojakke and Saltobukse in the same color and use them as a set! Or how about a Kikkilue in a matching color like the pattern on the Fugligense? Or go with completely different colors and combinations of these great everyday garments! We hope the collection brings out the joy of knitting and curiosity, and that you grab your binoculars and join the charmer out in the meadow, the park or the forest on a journey of discovery!
