Terms of purchase
Lilla garnbutiken in Lilleby AB runs a store and a webshop where we sell yarn, patterns and accessories. By creating a login, using the site and/or shopping, you agree to the terms. We therefore ask you to read this carefully before making a purchase with us. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact us.
Privacy and GDPR
At Lilla garnbutiken, we focus on the environment and sustainability. Therefore, the packages are sent in paper bags or cartons that can be used again and can be recycled as paper packaging. We pack in as small packages as possible to avoid transporting air.
Are you unsure whether your order can be packed in our small box with the dimensions 30x20x6 cm and can therefore often be delivered in the letterbox? Feel free to get in touch and we will test pack! email@example.com
At the moment, we only ship goods within the EU, but contact us if you want your package delivered to another country and we will certainly sort it out.
You get free shipping within Sweden when you shop for at least SEK 700. Then we send a DHL Ombud or Postnord consignment note that is delivered to your door regardless of whether you are at home or not. Do not choose this option if you cannot receive your package when it arrives, we are not responsible for the package after Postnord has marked the package as delivered.
Postcodes with postmen are left in the letterbox, by the letterbox or at the front door. Delivery time is 1-3 days. Please note that Postnord has removed the option for this to be delivered to an agent. Only in cases where Postnord assesses that accessibility is very poor will the package be handed over to an agent. This means that it is important that you can receive your package when it arrives. If you don't want it to be left outside on the ground, you can hang a bag on the mailbox and Postnord will leave the package there.
Lilla garnbutiken is not responsible for packages after Postnord has marked the package as delivered.
Your package is delivered to the nearest DHL agent. Delivery time is 1-3 days. If the package is not picked up while it is with the agent, it is sent to the logistics center. You, as a customer, are liable for any charges in connection with not collecting the package on time. It is therefore of the utmost importance that you can collect your package as soon as possible if you choose this option.
How fast do we ship?
We send your package the same or next business day. After that, it takes 1-3 weekdays with PostNord and DHL before the package is with you. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we always contact you to see how we can most quickly resolve shipping.
Pick up in store
The small yarn shop is located in Torslanda on Hisingen in Gothenburg. Local customers have the opportunity to pick up the order from us at Lilla garnbutiken free of charge. Select this option when you place the order and we will contact you when your order is ready for collection (usually the same day within our opening hours).
Buy and pay
With us you can pay with VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Klarna Pay now, Klarna pay later and Swish. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available as an option on some devices.
When you pay by card, the amount is reserved on the card, but the money is only deducted when the item is sent from us.
You can choose which currency you want to pay with. All prices include Swedish VAT and exclude shipping.
If you do not meet the terms of the product, we reserve the right to cancel your order. This applies, for example, to certain pattern catalogs from yarn producers that require you to also buy yarn. We will contact you to give you the chance to adjust your order or cancel the order. Please note that the computer system will allow you to complete the purchase, but the purchase will then be canceled or adjusted.
Returns and exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, you have 30 days of open purchase on goods purchased from us, regardless of whether you have shopped in store or in the online store. Patterns, specially ordered goods and gift cards are exempt from the right of return. The goods must be in salable condition, otherwise we will refund you what we judge the goods can be sold for in their existing condition. You always have the right to examine your product, but you cannot, for example, knit with the yarn and return it.
After the 30-day right of return, you have the right to exchange goods that have not been discontinued. Technically speaking, there is no further time limit here, but again the item must still be in our range. Patterns, specially ordered goods and gift cards are exempt from the right of return.
If you want to return goods to Lilla garnbutiken, the easiest way is with ours own return slip via Postnord. You will receive a file with the return slip in pdf format that you print and stick on your package. The package is then left at the nearest agent. If you order new goods, you can always ask us to send you a printed return slip. If you live nearby, you are also very welcome to come into our store to make your return there.
In addition to buying a return slip, you also need to contact us so that we can handle your return. You can do that in two ways:
1. Email us. Find your order confirmation that contains the goods you want to return, reply to the email with what you want to return.
2. Attach a letter in your package with the order number, what you want to return and quantity.
Once we have received your goods, we will refund the amount you have paid for the goods. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have used the goods, we will make an assessment of the value of the goods and refund you this.
We will not refund any shipping and return costs to you. The refund will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after we have received the goods back.
If an item is faulty, it is important that you contact us as soon as you discover the fault. Faulty goods are either financially replaced or you get a new one.
A faulty product is not the fact that you buy yarn in one color and dye bath and the next time you order the same yarn you get a different dye bath. Always make sure to buy enough yarn at the same time.
If you do not collect your package
If your package ends up with an agent and you do not collect the package, we will consider this as a return. We will charge a cost of SEK 250 in return fee and handling fee, we will deduct this from what we refund you as long as your order exceeds this amount. If it does not, you will receive an invoice for this amount.
If you think an item you have bought from us is incorrect but we do not agree with you, we have a dispute. To have this dispute tried, you can contact the General Complaints Board, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We participate in dispute resolution and follow ARN's recommendations.

If something happens that is beyond our reasonable ability to influence, so-called force majeure, we absolve ourselves from legal responsibility.
