Terms of purchase

Lilla garnbutiken i Lilleby AB operates a store and a webshop where we sell yarn, patterns and accessories. By creating a login, using the site and/or shopping, you agree to the terms and conditions. We therefore ask you to read these carefully before making a purchase from us. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact us.

Privacy and GDPR

Lilla garnbutiken i Lilleby AB complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means that we do not collect more information about you than we need to be able to carry out your purchase and delivery and do not save it longer than we need to do just that and for our accounting and other legal requirements. If you create a member login on the website and/or sign up for a newsletter and/or to monitor a product, the information you provide will be saved. You can cancel your account or delete the information via the website at any time. You always have the right to know what information we have about you, write an email to us at info@lillagarnbutiken.se and request a register extract. We do not share information about you for any purpose other than what we have already written unless we have to, for example due to a court order. All information on the website is encrypted. Shipping

At Lilla garnbutiken we focus on the environment and sustainability. That is why the packages are sent in paper bags or cardboard boxes that can be reused and recycled as paper packaging. We pack in as small packages as possible to avoid transporting air.

Are you unsure whether your order can be packed in our small box with dimensions of 30x20x6 cm and can therefore often be delivered in the mailbox? Please contact us and we will test pack it! info@lillagarnbutiken.se

Currently we only ship goods within the EU, but please contact us if you would like your package delivered to another country and we will surely arrange it.

You get free shipping within Sweden when you shop for at least 800 SEK. Then we ship with PostNord to agents.

How fast do we ship?

We will send your package the same or next business day. After that, it will take 1-3 business days with PostNord before the package is with you. If an item is out of stock, we will always contact you to see how we can arrange shipping as quickly as possible.

Pick up in store

Lilla garnbutiken is located in Torslanda on Hisingen in Gothenburg. Local customers have the opportunity to pick up their order from us at Lilla garnbutiken free of charge. Select this option when placing your order and we will contact you when your order is ready to be picked up (usually the same day during our opening hours).

Buy and pay

With us you can pay with VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, invoice and Swish. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available on certain devices.

When you pay by card, the amount is reserved on the card, but the money is only withdrawn when the item is shipped from us.

Prices

You can choose which currency you want to pay in. All prices include Swedish VAT and exclude shipping.

Cancelled order

If you do not meet the product's terms and conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your order. This applies, for example, to certain pattern catalogs from yarn manufacturers that require you to also purchase yarn. We will contact you so that you have the opportunity to adjust your order or cancel the order. Please note that the computer system will allow you to complete the purchase, but the purchase will be canceled or adjusted in that case.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That's why you have a 30-day open purchase on goods purchased from us, regardless of whether you have shopped in a store or in the online store. Patterns, specially ordered goods and gift cards are excluded from the right of return. In addition to this, you have a 6-month right of exchange. The goods must be in saleable condition, otherwise we will refund you what we estimate the goods can be sold for in their current condition. You always have the right to examine your product, but you cannot, for example, knit with the yarn and return it.

If you want to return goods to Lilla garnbutiken, the easiest way is with our own return label via Postnord. You will receive a file with the return label in PDF format that you print out and stick on your package. The package will then be left at the nearest representative. If you order new goods, you can always ask us to send you a printed return label. If you live nearby, you are also welcome to come into our store to make your return there.

In addition to purchasing a return label, you also need to contact us so that we can process your return. You can do this in two ways:

1. Email us. Find your order confirmation that contains the items you want to return, reply to the email with what you want to return.

2. Enclose a letter in your package with the order number, what you want to return and quantity.

Once we have received your goods, we will refund the amount you paid for the goods. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. If you have used the goods, we will assess the value of the goods and refund you this.

We will not refund any shipping and return costs to you. The refund will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after we have received the goods back.

Complaint

If an item is faulty, it is important that you contact us as soon as you discover the fault. Faulty items will either be replaced financially or you will receive a new item.

A faulty product is not when you buy yarn in one color and dye bath and when you next order the same yarn you get a different dye bath. Always make sure to buy enough yarn at the same time.

If you don't pick up your package

If your package ends up at a delivery agent and you do not collect the package, we will consider this as a return. We will charge a return and handling fee of SEK 250, which we will deduct from the refund we make to you as long as your order exceeds this amount. If it does not, you will receive an invoice for this amount.

Dispute

If you think that a product you have purchased from us is faulty but we do not agree with you, we have a dispute. To have this dispute reviewed, you can contact the Swedish General Complaints Board, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se . We participate in the dispute resolution process and follow ARN's recommendations.

Material on the website is protected by copyright. You are welcome to download images for private use but may not share or use them for any other purpose.

If something occurs that is beyond our reasonable ability to influence, so-called force majeure, we disclaim legal liability.
