Seeknit - Curve - Premier Set 15 cm

For the new interchangeable needles and accessories in the CURVE Koshitsu series, Seeknit has developed the most user-friendly and comfortable interchangeable needles. The result is a series of elegantly shaped, wonderfully smooth and durable interchangeable tips, cables and accessories. The products are made of durable materials and are available both as individual items and in various beautiful sets.

The CURVE Koshitsu Premier Set is a complete set of interchangeable knitting needles, cables and accessories. The needles in this set have the most common knitting needle sizes and are 15 cm long, making the set perfect for a variety of projects. The CURVE Koshitsu knitting needles are made of bamboo. The Koshitsu knitting needles undergo a high-pressure treatment at high temperatures and are then carefully polished with natural plant wax. This makes the knitting needles extremely durable and protects them from external influences, while also preventing them from bending over time. The surface is also smooth and even. The lightweight knitting needles lie comfortably in the hand and the natural material feels pleasantly warm to the touch.

Thanks to the seamless transition from the bamboo tips to the screw connector, the yarn never gets caught. The swivel feature allows the needle tips to rotate freely, preventing the cables from folding or tangling. With the included cable connectors and stoppers, you can create longer cables or flexible single needles.

Please note that the cables cannot be bent sharply, neither at the bracket nor on the cable itself . This will damage the cable.

The parts in this set have different screw sizes. The pin size of the desired interchangeable tip determines the screw size of the cables, cable stoppers and connectors:

• M1.8 for pin sizes 2.00–3.25 mm

• M2 for needle sizes 3.50–10.00 mm

The Seeknit CURVE Koshitsu Premier set includes the following:

• 11 pairs of end pins (15 cm long) in sizes 2.50, 3.00, 3.50, 4.00, 4.50, 5.00, 5.50, 6.00, 7.00, 8.00 and 10.00 mm

• 2 cables with M1.8 screw size in lengths of 35 and 50 cm (cable length excluding connector tips)

• 3 cables with M2 screw size in lengths of 35, 50 and 70 cm (cable length excluding connector tips)

• 2 cable stoppers with M1.8 screw size

• 2 cable stoppers with M2 screw size

• 1 cable connector with M1.8 screw size

• 1 cable connector with M2 screw size

The entire set is packaged in the Seeknit Case 2, a beautiful foldable case in gray or white fabric that closes with an elastic band. The case has smaller pockets for the needle tips and larger pockets for cables, cable stoppers and connectors. When folded, the case measures 14.5 x 18.5 cm. Supplied as a set.

Note:

The new Seeknit CURVE series uses two screw sizes: M1.8 and M2. It is therefore not possible to use existing cables with a screw size of M4 with Seeknit CURVE connector tips. However, existing connector tips and cable connectors with a screw size of M4 can be used with Seeknit CURVE cables if an adapter is screwed between the connector tip and the cable.
