Cashmere Lace from Gepard yarn is a luxurious yarn that consists of 100% cashmere. It is the very finest cashmere roll that is combed by the goats that are free-range up in the mountains.
Cashmere Lace is a two-thread yarn, spun in Italy. You need 1-3 skeins for a shawl depending on the size, 3-5 skeins for a classic Shetland shawl, 4-6 skeins for a women's sweater, 1 skein for a baby vest, 2 skeins for a double yarn baby sweater.
The yarn is also well suited as a companion thread together with other yarn qualities.

- Gauge: Single thread with needles 3-3.5 gives 25-29 m/34-44 v. Double thread with needles 3-4 gives 20-26 m/27-35 v

Wash and care
This yarn is best washed by hand with wool detergent, for example Eucalan. Let the garment lie in a tub with about 4 liters of water together with a teaspoon of wool detergent. Then gently squeeze out the water and place the garment on a towel. Roll the towel with the garment and squeeze out the water.
If you have a washing machine that can run a spin-only program, you can use this instead of squeezing out the water in a towel. If you are unsure about your washing machine, we recommend that you knit a test patch that you wash and spin to see how the yarn and fabric behave.
Let the garment dry flat, preferably on a towel. The garment should not be dried in direct sunlight, it can be in the sun without any problems when it is dry.
