Don't forget to buy yarn for your pattern if we are going to send it

Peer Gynt has been on the market since 1938 and the structure of the yarn means that it has become a favorite to knit cardigans in. Peer Gynt is still as popular a yarn today as it was then. In autumn 2022, Sandnes will launch a thinner variant, it is exactly the same yarn with the same good properties. Garments made of Norwegian wool feel light and become much softer each time you use it. Norwegian wool is durable, does not pill and has a very good tension, which means that the garments keep their shape over time. Think about the environment: wool breathes and rarely needs to be washed, we therefore recommend that the garment be aired. Garments made of Norwegian wool have a long life and can be beautiful for several generations. This means that Norwegian wool is part of a more sustainable way of thinking.

In Peer Gynt and Thinn Peer Gynt, the same fiber is used and they are produced in different thicknesses. Thin Peer Gynt is a 3-ply yarn and Peer Gynt is a 4-ply yarn.

If you machine wash, we recommend that all wool garments be washed on a separate wool program for the gentlest treatment. Spin the garment well before drying it flat, preferably on a towel. Never use a laundry bag when washing hand-knitted garments - this creates friction and can cause the garment to warp.
