Elinor's diaper pants are knitted in the round on a circular needle from top to bottom. They can either be knitted with a folded edge (channel) into a cord with two holes in the front, or with a folded edge (channel) into an elastic band and without holes.
Sizes: 0-2 (2-4) 4-6 (6-9) 9-12 (12-18) 18-24 mo.
Measure:
Waist : 38 (42) 46 (48) 50 (52) 54 cm
Front length : 14 (16) 18 (19) 20 (21) 22 cm
Knitting suggestions: Circular needle 3 mm and 4 mm (40 cm), double pointed needles 3 mm
Stick strength: 21 stitches x 28 rounds in stockinette stitch on 4 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm
Material: Up to 150 grams of Peer Gynt from Sandnes yarn (50 g = 91 m)
or 50 g Alpaca 1 (50 g = 400 m) together with 50 g Alpaca 2 (50 g = 250 m) both from Isager. 50 g of each to all sizes.
Optional soft elastic band and decorative buttons.
