In this blend, the yarn retains the softness and insulating properties of the alpaca fiber, and the wool provides lightness and elasticity. Both alpaca and wool have good temperature regulating properties.
- Material: 65% alpaca, 35% wool.
- Length/weight: approx. 100 meters per 50 grams
- Recommended needles: 3.5-5
- Recommended knitting tension: 19-22 stitches/10 cm
- The alpaca comes from Peru and Bolivia, the wool comes from Australia and Uruguay. The yarn is produced in Norway.
